Who is online coaching for?
Anyone! We believe that strength is for everyone which means that everyone can benefit from strength training. We understand that things such as location and pricing can limit in-person training which is what makes online coaching such a great option. We can still teach you how to workout, check on your form, and hold you accountable but on your own time 🙂
What happens after I submit the form?
Once you reach out we will get back to you as quickly as possible to schedule a free consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your goals, exercise experience, what equipment you have, and all of the things! From there we will get you into our coaching software for you to upload assessment videos and then design your program!
How long will it take til I see results?
Honestly, it depends on so many things. We prioritize creating sustainable habits for working out over trying to “get results fast”. Now, this is not to say that you won’t notice changes in the first month or so, but it really all depends.
