Personal training is the first step in getting hands-on experience on how your body can move better so you can feel better. We create training programs that will challenge you and we will be in your corner the whole way cheering you on.

Our programs take into account your goals, workout experience, and injuries to put them all together in a strength training program that will fit into your life. We help with accountability, learning how to lift for your body, and sustainability so that working out becomes a part of your lifestyle. Whether you are brand new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, we can help get you moving in the best way possible for you.

All personal training is done in-person at Rain City Fit on 11th in Cap Hill Seattle!


1-1 Personal Training

$85-90/session in packages of 4, 8, or 24.

1 on 1 training sessions are 55 minutes long and include a warm-up as well as your training for the day.

Included in your package you get:

-Custom workouts/programming for on your own in our training software designed to help keep you accountable and keep track of your workouts

-A built-in exercise library to help you with the movements

-A Nutrition template to help guide you in structuring meals


2-1 Personal Training

$70/session/person in packages of 4, 8, or 24.

Our 2 on 1 Personal Training packages allow you to bring a friend/partner to come and workout with you!

Everything that is included in 1-1 Training applies to you while still maintaining that your training is completely tailored to your needs!

*Only available if you already have someone that you will be working out with.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is personal training for?

Anyone! We work with true beginners in the gym to national level competitive powerlifters, throwing athletes and endurance runners.

I have injuries (ex: back pain), can you train me?

We can! Probably! Studies show that movement instead of inactivity can help to relieve and prevent injuries from happening again. While we are not doctors, we can work with you to figure out where you are at now with your movement and work up from there.

How does scheduling work?

Once you reach out we will look at what our availability looks like and get back to you as soon as possible. Once we agree on a day/time that is your time each week! We believe in consistency in scheduling so that it makes it easy for you to make workout out into a habit and create a sustainable schedule for our trainers.

How much does it cost?

1-1 training sessions are $85-90/session in packages of 4, 8, or 24. We want to be upfront with our pricing so that you feel comfortable when reaching out, that way we don’t have any surprises down the road.

Why training packages instead of single sessions?

We do this so that you are able to start working out consistently and learning as much as possible. Throughout your package your coach learns your training style, what works best for you, and we get you going with a full program to teach you movements that get you closer to hitting your goals.
