Personal Training

Every workout plan is individually crafted to meet your needs and goals. Our training is a combination of strength and circuit training that will boost your overall strength, work capacity and improve your body composition. We will address any imbalances or range of motion problems and use scientifically backed research to deliver you the program you need and deserve.


1-1 Personal Training

1 on 1 training sessions are 55 minutes long and include a warm up as well as your training for the day.

Included in your package you get:

-Custom workouts for on your own

-An Exercise library to help you with the movements

-A Nutrition template to help guide you

-Instagram community to meet other Uplift Members


2-1 Personal Training

Our 2 on 1 Personal Training packages allow you to bring a friend/partner to come and workout with you!

Everything that is included in 1-1 Training applies to you while still maintaining that your training is completely tailored to your needs.
