Our programs take into account your goals, workout experience, and injuries to put them all together in a program that will fit into your life. We help with accountability, learning how to lift for your body, and sustainability so that working out becomes a part of your lifestyle. Whether you are brand new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, we can help get you moving in the best way possible for you.

All personal training is done in-person at Rain City Fit on 11th in Cap Hill Seattle!

1-1 Personal Training

$85-90/session in packages of 4, 8, or 24.

1 on 1 training sessions are 55 minutes long and include a warm-up as well as your training for the day.

Included in your package you get:

-Custom workouts for on your own in our training software

-A built-in exercise library to help you with the movements

-A Nutrition template to help guide you to structuring meals

2-1 Personal Training

$70/session/person in packages of 4, 8, or 24.

Our 2 on 1 Personal Training packages allow you to bring a friend/partner to come and workout with you!

Everything that is included in 1-1 Training applies to you while still maintaining that your training is completely tailored to your needs!

*Only available if you already have someone that you will be working out with.
