Personal training is the first step in getting hands-on experience on how your body can move better so you can feel better. Our coaches thrive on seeing you improve while celebrating each and every win.

Our coaches consider your goals, experience, and injuries to create a strength training program that seamlessly integrates into your life. We provide assistance with accountability, teach you proper lifting techniques for your body, and ensure long-term sustainability. Whether you’re new to the gym or an experienced athlete, we are here to guide you!

All personal training is done in-person at Rain City Fit on 11th in Capitol Hill Seattle!

1-1 Personal Training

$85-90/session in packages of 4, 8, or 24.

Your package includes:

  • 55-minute 1 on 1 training sessions comprising warm-up and daily training.
  • Personalized workouts/programming on our training software to enhance accountability and workout tracking.
  • Access to a comprehensive exercise library for movement assistance.
  • A nutrition template to assist you in structuring meals effectively.

2-1 Personal Training

$70/session/person in packages of 4, 8, or 24.
With our 2 on 1 Personal Training packages, you can bring a friend/partner to join you in your workouts!
You’ll receive all the benefits included in 1-1 Training, while ensuring that your training remains fully customized to your individual needs!

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is personal training for?

Anyone! We work with true beginners in the gym to national level competitive powerlifters, throwing athletes and endurance runners.

I have injuries (ex: back pain), can you train me?

We can! Probably! Studies show that movement instead of inactivity can help to relieve and prevent injuries from happening again. While we are not doctors, we can work with you to figure out where you are at now with your movement and work up from there.

How does scheduling work?

Once you reach out we will look at what our availability looks like and get back to you as soon as possible. Once we agree on a day/time that is your time each week! We believe in consistency in scheduling so that it makes it easy for you to make workout out into a habit and create a sustainable schedule for our trainers.

How much does it cost?

1-1 training sessions are $85-90/session in packages of 4, 8, or 24. We want to be upfront with our pricing so that you feel comfortable when reaching out, that way we don’t have any surprises down the road.

Why training packages instead of single sessions?

We do this so that you are able to start working out consistently and learning as much as possible. Throughout your package your coach learns your training style, what works best for you, and we get you going with a full program to teach you movements that get you closer to hitting your goals.
