Strength means different things for different people.
For some it is simply stepping into a gym.
For others it is lifting some amount of weight.
It can be getting out of bed in the morning or taking a shower.
Maybe setting boundaries or standing up for yourself.
Saying yes to something you've been afraid of doing or saying no to something you don't want to.
Regardless of how you define strength, it is for everyone. It does not care about your size, gender, sex, race, sexual orientation, religion, or any other categories you may have been put in. It simply exists.
