Every workout plan is individually crafted to meet your needs and goals. Our training is a combination of strength and circuit training that will boost your overall strength, work capacity and improve your body composition. We will work to address any imbalances or range of motion problems and deliver you the program you need and deserve.

All personal training is done in-person at Rain City Fit on 11th in Capitol Hill Seattle!

1-1 Personal Training

Prices range from $85-$90/session in packages of 4, 8 or 24

1 on 1 training sessions are 55 minutes long and include a warm up as well as your training for the day.

Included in your package you receive:
-Custom workout program for you to do on your own in our training software TrueCoach
-Built in-exercise library
-Video form feedback for days we aren’t together
-A nutrition template to help guide you

2-1 Partner Training

$70/person/session in packages of 4, 8, or 24

Our 2 on 1 Personal Training packages allow you to bring a friend/partner to come and workout with you! Everything that is included in 1-1 Training applies to you while still maintaining that your training is completely tailored to your needs.

Online Coaching


Having a detailed plan is the best and easiest way to reach your goals.

Included with online coaching you receive:
-30 Minute Free Consultation via Google meet
-Weekly Check-Ins to hold you accountable with your coach
-Monthly video check-in as needed
-Training software TrueCoach with a built-in exercise library
-Video Form Checks
-A nutrition template to help guide you

12-Week Custom Programming

$200 One-time payment

Custom programming is our affordable approach to coaching.

Included in your program you receive:
-30 minute Free Consultation
-Program designed around your goals, injuries, exercise history and more
-Built-In exercise library
-Exercise notes and suggested alternatives
