Our training is a combination of strength and circuit training that will boost your overall strength, work capacity and improve your body composition. We will address any imbalances or range of motion problems and use scientifically backed research to deliver you the program you need and deserve.
All personal training is done in-person at Rain City Fit on 11th in Cap Hill Seattle!
1-1 Personal Training
$75-80/session in packages of 4, 8, or 24.
1 on 1 training sessions are 55 minutes long and include a warm up as well as your training for the day. Each package includes personal training sessions, custom additional workouts using our training software with a built-in exercise library, and nutrition template.
2-1 Personal Training
$55/person/session in packages of 4, 8, or 24
Our 2 on 1 Personal Training packages allow you to bring a friend/partner to come and workout with you! Just like with 1-1 Training, each session is 55 minutes and includes a warm up and training for the day with a program customized to each of you. Each package includes personal training sessions, custom additional workouts using our training software with a built-in exercise library, and nutrition template.
$197 month to month
Online coaching is a great way to get an individualized program if you enjoy working out on your own and have previous experience lifting weights. Having a detailed plan is the best and easiest way to reach your goals. Included with online coaching you receive weekly check-ins with your coach via our coaching software, video form feedback, and an extensive exercise library. Online coaching is an affordable approach to individualized training whether you are working out to look good/feel good or are prepping for a competition. Our coaches ask for a 3 month commitment (billed month to month) to ensure that you will get the most out of the program.
