You’ll never feel like just another body in the room. With sessions capped at just you or a group of three max, your coach knows your name, your goals, and exactly where you’re at — every single time.

You’ll make progress that actually sticks. We build your program around proven principles like proper technique, progressive overload, mobility, and functional strength. You’re not just getting stronger for now, you’re building a foundation for life.

You get support beyond the hour you’re with us. Your personalized workout plan lives in our training app, complete with exercise videos and notes so you always know exactly what you’re doing, in sessions and on your own. Plus a bonus nutrition template to help guide your food decisions.

No crowded gym floor. No weird vibes. Our private studio is designed for people who want to actually focus and especially for anyone who finds big commercial gyms overwhelming. You get to learn and explore at your own pace, in a space that feels genuinely welcoming.

We’ll meet you where you’re at and take care of everything

Try 2 personalized 1‑on‑1 training sessions designed to help you move better, lift with confidence, and finally know what you’re doing.

1st Session: We’ll get to know each other with a thorough intake questionnaire and a movement assessment. This will help us see what your needs are and how we can best teach you.

2nd Session: You’ll go through a base workout with key strength training exercises. That way, you’ll get to see how we coach to make sure we’re the best fit for you.

What happens next?

  • 1. You fill out the form below. Takes less than 1 minute.
  • 2. You’ll receive an email within 5 minutes, telling you all about the trial.
  • 3. You respond with your availability for training. We pitch you training times and answer any more questions you have
  • 4. You show up to your first session We’ll learn your goals, movement history, and any injuries then you’ll do your second session and thrive.

I’m a beginner, is this for me?

Yes! Our certified coaches specialize in beginners and people who are getting back into the gym after some time off.

I have injuries (ex: back pain), can you train me?

We can! Probably! Studies show that movement instead of inactivity can help to relieve and prevent injuries from happening again. While we are not doctors, we can work with you to figure out where you are at now with your movement and work up from there, referring out when needed.

I get anxious/nervous in the gym, can this help?

Absolutely! You deserve a safe space to learn strength training. Since our studio is private, it gives you the opportunity to explore the gym and learn more about its equipment at your own pace. Plus, with our programming, we give exercise videos and notes so you always know what you’re doing outside out sessions, which helps with confidence in the gym.

Do I need prior experience to start?

No experience is necessary! Our certified trainers guide every client safely, ensuring your workouts match your goals and starting point.

Can I come into the gym on my own?

Sorry, but no. We are a personal training studio only! That means you and your coach, with maybe another coach or two in the space. This makes it a super casual, fun setting!

I always quit once I start working out, can this help?

Yes! Our clients have great results in making working out a part of their life long term. We focus on helping you make small steps that add up over time, creating habits for life. Our clients have a lot to say about it here.
