Frequently Asked Questions:

Do you have gender-neutral bathrooms?

We do! We share single room bathrooms with Seasmith Cafe. All bathrooms are gender-neutral and have space for changing your clothes.

Do you have parking?

We have paid street parking available on Broadway and all around Cal Anderson. There are some free neighborhood parking options around Cal Anderson. There is a paid parking garage around back of M2M with access from E. John St.

How many other people are in the gym at once?

It depends. It can just be you and your coach or there will be another coach and their client(s) present. Up to 4 clients with 2 coaches at a time. The space is super open so there is always space to move around.

What’s with the potato?

Hahaha the potato actually started out as a joke when we were doing our first shirt launch in 2019. Rena found a potato who was lifting weights and was immediately sold. She’s always said that if she were a food she’d be a potato (think versatile and always awesome) and knew it should be showed to everyone. It ended up being our most sold shirt and the rest is history.

Where are you located?

Uplift Fitness is located at 118 Broadway East in Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA. We are right on Broadway across the street from Dick’s Burgers and right on top of the light rail station! We’re easily accessible from Central District, First Hill, Madrona, Beacon Hill and more!

Do you have heat and air conditioning?

We do! We are super grateful to be able to have heating and air conditioning to keep us warm in the Seattle winters and cool when it’s toasty in the summers.
